I began buying Barse sterling silver at Dillards Department Store 30-40 years ago. Well made designs that stand the test of time. The new Barse has more adventurous creativity- colored stones and golden brass. It is lighter weight. I've purchased 3 pieces lately and they are beautiful. The verdict is out on durability. If they meet the prior standards , I will be very happy.
