At Barse, we strive to create jewelry that you will be very happy to receive. However, if there is a defect in your jewelry, or it does not fit the way you imagined, let us help you.
Please examine your jewelry carefully upon arrival. For a replacement or a refund, return your merchandise within 30 days of your order placement. Your jewelry must be in resalable condition to receive a refund.
Enclosed in your order, you have received a Return Form just in case you need it. Please fill this out completely, then contact us toll-free at
(800) 323-4894 for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
An RA number and this completed form should be included in all returns. Barse is not responsible for lost packages or for the cost of returning an item.
