Multi-lingual globetrotter Melanie Barse Gobril appears on her own HSN segment, Studio Barse, to promote her Barse jewelry line. The Barse name derives from the 19th Century American artist George Randolph Barse, who is Melanie's great uncle. In addition to inclusion in museums and institutes throughout the nation, George Randolph Barse was one of the few artists chosen to decorate the Library of Congress. He was known as a master craftsman, delicate in line and color and skilled in composition. Melanie is committed to the creative elegance and beauty inherited from the distinguished painter. She seeks artistic inspiration from her travels to the myriad of cultures that she explores throughout the world.
