Buyer's Guide
How do I find a particular item?
  Our website has a search engine that will locate any item you may be looking for. You can enter a search by category (such as "turquoise" or "earring") or you can search by an individual product code.

You can also call us toll-free at at (800) 323-4894 and we can assist you in finding that perfect item.
How do I navigate the site?
  We have taken steps to ensure that you can reach any part of our site with a minimal amount of mouse clicks. There are 2 bars on each page that contain valuable information and links, 1 at the top of the page and 1 at the bottom of the page.

The top bar is highlighted in brown and contains links related to the items that you'll find on the Barse site. We have made the process for finding that certain item easier by allowing you to search on 5 different criteria; collection, category, color, sale items, and gift cards.

The bottom bar contains links to important information about our company, our policies, contact information, and store locator information, and customer service.

At the top right of each page, you have the ability to search for certain types of items. For example, if you'd like to see our line of turquoise items, you could simply enter turquoise in the search field and click go. If you know a product code ID, you can also search by an individual item.

Also at the top right, you'll find links to your account and the shopping cart.
How do I buy/redeem a gift card?
  Gift cards are available directly from our retail store in Southlake, Texas. They can be used for in-store purchases or for website purchases. If you would like more information on gift cards or if you would like to purchase one, please call us toll-free at (800) 323-4894.
